This is a great question... First, all of the custom made rollers are already dilluted for you to use right away with your baby.

When you purchase your Essential Oils First-Aid Kit, you will also receive a Graphic Cheat Sheet of all the "recipes" you can make with the appropriate ratios of essential oils for your baby. 

The best places to put oils on your baby is under the big toe and/or down their spine. 

For sleep, it's under the big toe and down the spine. Anywhere on the foot though is great... but especially the big toe based on the chinese foot chart.

For more tummy troubles, the middle of the foot is the best place. 

Don't forget that you also will get access to the custom Oils for Littles e-book from Melody with all this information on it.

It's best to avoid putting in on their wrists/hands or near their temples, so they don't get anything in their eyes.

You can start using and diffusing oils as early as the newborn stage. 

You can utilize both depending on what the issue your little one is having. Sometimes utilizing both at the same time is beneficial. For example, with sleep we love diffusing it and applying a little topically

Don't get me wrong... I'm all about Western medication, but I also know that if I knew this information when my littles were babies, I would've opted for essential oils first and then if that didn't work, I'd move to western meds.

Here is some "food for thought":
Tylenol, aka acetaminophen,
lowers your levels of glutathione.

Low levels of
glutathione decrease the
body's capacity to effectively
detox.

Glutathione is your body's most
important naturally-occurring
antioxidant - without
antioxidants, your body cannot
effectively fight off toxic free
radicals.

Tylenol lowers the levels of
glutathione; so, if taken for an
extended period of time, it weakens your body's natural defense.

Always use your best judgment when it comes to the needs and health of your baby. We are not saying to not use Tylenol or Motrin (in fact I did with my littles), we are merely making a suggestion for an alternative if your baby's temperature is not of major concern. We are not medical doctors and if you have a concern about your baby's health, always refer to your pediatrician. 

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends you contact your child’s doctor when:

0 - 3 months - Has a fever of 100.4°F or higher, even with no other symptoms of illness. Young babies have a limited ability to fight illness because their immune system isn’t fully developed.

3 to 6 months - A fever of 101°F or higher.

6 months+ - A fever 103°F or higher.

A fever in any age child measuring between: 104°F & 105°F
